Gotta love stories like this: http://www.cbc.ca/story/world/national/2005/05/11/SlaveLabour_050511.html?ref=rss

An international convention 75 years ago defined forced labour as all involuntary work extracted from a person under threat of punishment or penalty.

Let's see. By the definition given 75 years ago, North American taxation policies definately fit. In involuntary work extracted from a person under threat of punishment or penalty. HELLO IRS!

Tip: North America, and Europe (especially Europe) already is way ahead of the developing nations. It's called forcing you to work, and then taking your money and giving it to someone else. In Africa, it's going to the pockets of tyrants. In North America it's going to the lazy because of socialism.

It really is too bad that Freedom, absolute and unasailable has been forgotten....
